Our UV DTF transfers, also commonly searched as UV DTF stickers, are permanent, peel-and-stick decals designed specifically for hard surfaces. These UV Direct to Film transfers are printed using UV-cured inks, producing vibrant colors, sharp details, and a smooth professional finish — no heat press required.

Unlike traditional vinyl stickers, UV DTF stickers offer a stronger bond and longer-lasting durability when applied correctly. These custom UV DTF transfers are resistant to everyday wear, light moisture exposure, and fading, making them ideal for cups, tumblers, glass, plastic, acrylic, metal, and other smooth hard surfaces.

To ensure high-quality results, all artwork must use 100% opacity and maintain a minimum line thickness of 0.03 inches. Thin lines, transparent elements, or low-resolution files may affect print quality or adhesion. Proper file setup is essential for producing clean, durable UV DTF decals.

Processing Times: We always keep our current turnaround time (TAT) listed in the announcement bar at the top of our website. If your file is not in the correct format, processing may be delayed until a valid print-ready file is received. UV DTF gang sheets are typically ready for local pickup or shipment within 1–3 business days after receiving print-ready artwork. For local pickup orders, you will receive an e-mail once your order is ready.

File Requirements (Please Read Carefully):

• PNG format only

• 300 DPI

• Transparent background

• 100% opacity

• Minimum line thickness of 0.03 inches

• Files must be sized exactly how you want them printed

• Do NOT mirror your file

We do not edit files. If a background is present, it will print.
We do not accept PDFs, screenshots, or low-resolution images. You must have the proper rights to use and print all artwork submitted.

Important Notes: UV DTF transfers are intended for hard surfaces only. They are not suitable for fabric, silicone, rubber, or textured surfaces.
