Turn Around Times
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to ensuring you receive your products in a timely manner. Please be mindful of the following turn around times as they differ depending what you are purchasing. We keep these current on the banner at the top of our website.
DTF Custom Transfers/Gang Sheets: Transfers will usually be ready for local pick up OR to ship out in 2-4 business days of receiving print ready artwork. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready for pick up or once your order has shipped.
Ready To Press DTF Transfers: 2-4 business days, but we try to get orders out as we receive them.
Products (apparel, cups, freshies, etc): Will be ready to ship or for local pick up within 3-7 business days. Any deviation from this timeline will be communicated with you promptly for your approval via email.
Delivery timeframes will very based on transit. We CAN NOT guarantee no order being in your hands with any particular timeframe. It is all in the hands of USPS! If you have any questions or issues with your package(s), you need to address those with your local post office. Please note, we do not have any additional information regarding packages in transit, besides the same tracking information on the USPS website.
PLEASE order DTF transfers and finished products SEPARATELY! They are shipped differently and it makes things so much easier on our end to process orders if you order separately.
BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND FEDERAL HOLIDAYS. (Ex. if your order is placed on a Thursday, the FIRST business day is Friday and SECOND business day is Monday. The day the order is placed is DAY ZERO)
We ship via USPS. Shipping questions can only be answered by USPS once the package(s) leave our hands. We do not have any extra information regarding tracking than you do. We see the same thing on our end that you see on yours. We have no answers for you on why your package is moving slow in transit, why it took an odd detour to you, or mis-scanned/not being scanned at all causing tracking to not update. The best guidance we can give you is contact your local post office to inquire.
Refunds will NOT be given in the event that you put incorrect shipping address information in, or for claims of not receiving your package(s) when tracking says delivered. Any issues with delivery need to be addressed to your local post office.
If your order is returned to us for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of The Enda's Boutique, your order will be refunded. Shipping will NOT be refunded. Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate IF it is being shipped again.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages, you must work with USPS so they can best serve you. For stolen packages, you will need to file a police report and follow through with your local authorities and post office location about the package theft. For any suspected lost packages, you will need to work with USPS and file a claim. WE WILL NOT RESEND YOUR ORDER UNLESS YOU PLACE ANOTHER ORDER!
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. You are always welcome to email us at theendasboutique@gmail.com before placing your order if needed, and we will be more than happy to help you with any questions.
