Processing Times

At The Enda's Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to ensuring that you receive your products promptly. Please review the following processing times, which are also kept up-to-date on the banner at the top of our website.

  • DTF Custom Transfers, Gang Sheets, and Ready-to-Press DTF Transfers: Orders are typically ready for local pickup or shipment within 1-3 business days of receiving print-ready artwork. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Products (apparel, cups, freshies, etc): Items are typically ready for shipment or local pickup within 3-7 business days. Any changes to this timeline will be communicated to you via email for approval.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe as this depends on USPS or UPS. For any concerns regarding your package, please contact the carrier directly. The tracking information provided to you reflects the same details available to us.

Ordering Different Products 

To streamline the order processing, please place separate orders for DTF transfers and finished products, as they are shipped differently. This helps us serve you more efficiently.

Shipping
Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, EXCLUDING weekends and federal holidays. For example, if your order is placed on Thursday, the first business day is Friday, and the second business day is Monday. The day an order is placed is considered "Day Zero."

We ship via USPS and UPS. Once your package has been shipped, all shipping inquiries MUST be directed to the carrier. Please note:
  • We cannot provide additional tracking information beyond what is available on the USPS or UPS website

  • Delays, routing issues, or tracking problems must be resolved directly with the carrier

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping address information provided by the customer

  • Claims of non-receipt when tracking shows the package as delivered. Delivery issues should be resolved directly with USPS or UPS.

Lost/Stolen Packages

The Enda's Boutique is NOT responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages. For stolen packages, you will need to file a police report and work with local authorities and YOUR local USPS or UPS. For lost packages, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. WE CANNOT RESEND YOUR ORDER UNLESS A NEW ORDER IS PLACED!

Returns 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. If you have questions before placing your order, please email us at theendasboutique@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
